AUSTIN, Texas – June 02, 2026 – Ambiq Micro, Inc. (NYSE: AMBQ), a technology leader in ultra-low-power semiconductor solutions for edge AI, will hold its annual meeting of shareholders virtually on Monday, June 08, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
The following resolutions, proposed by the Company’s Board of Directors, will be presented during the meeting:
1. To elect Timothy Chen and Ker Zhang, Ph.D., as Class I directors to serve until the Company’s 2029 annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified, or until their earlier death, resignation, or removal;
2. To ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP, as selected by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026; and
3. To conduct any other business brought properly before the Annual Meeting.
