Artasie Real-Time Clock - AM1805

Precision Timing with Minimal Power.

The Ambiq® Artasie AM1805 Real-Time Clock with Power Management delivers a powerful combination of ultra-low power and advanced functionality. Powered by Ambiq’s Subthreshold Power Optimized Technology (SPOT®) CMOS platform, it achieves energy consumption as low as 14 nA.

Detailed Functional Block Diagram for Ambiq Artasie RTC - AM1805

The AM1805 includes on-chip oscillators to provide minimum power

consumption, full RTC functions including battery backup and programmable counters and alarms for timer and watchdog functions, and a I2C

serial interface for communication with a host controller. An integrated
power switch and a sophisticated system sleep manager with counter,
timer, alarm, and interrupt capabilities allows the AM1805 to be used as
a supervisory component in a host microcontroller based system.
