Walking into a room and seeing someone using a device powered by Ambiq’s technology remains as gratifying today as it was when I first noticed it after becoming CEO in 2015. Each year, the landscape of smart devices expands dramatically, with manufacturers pushing boundaries to differentiate their products and capture customer attention.
We have helped manufacturers establish unique identities for their devices through solutions that significantly enhance energy efficiency and performance. In a market where technology never slows down, we have not only kept pace but delivered advanced, award-winning solutions.
To date, we’ve enabled over 270 million devices worldwide. Our mission to enable intelligence everywhere remains as relevant in today’s age of artificial intelligence (AI) as it was when our company was founded.
While Ambiq’s initial growth stemmed from extending smartwatch battery life, today our applications span far beyond wearables. We serve healthcare, industrial edge, smart home and building, and numerous other sectors.

In industrial settings, we enable technicians to predict machine failures before they occur through intelligent sensors. We’ve found particular momentum in edge AI, which is the shift from processing AI in the cloud or data centers to processing it directly on local devices.
