The Apollo2 Thin SoC is an ultra-low power, ultra-low profile, highly integrated system-on-a chip designed for battery-powered devices. With Ambiq’s patented Subthreshold Power Optimized Technology (SPOT®) and a powerful Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with Floating Point, battery-operated devices achieve greater capabilities and energy efficiency. Packaged in a 2.5mm x 2.5mm, 49-pin WLCSP at just 300µm thick, it’s built for space-constrained designs like hearing aids, smart cards, fingerprint readers, and wireless earbuds, alongside wearables, smart meters, and other compact consumer electronics.
