Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Specialist will  help develop, implement, track and optimize our B2B marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Specialist must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and support integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As part of the Marcom & Branding Team, the Specialist will assist, drive, and lead in planning and developing campaigns and new product introductions (NPI). The ultimate goals as a team, are to increase brand awareness, promote company products and services, and drive prospects to conversions.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and measure audience-first unique creative (video, images, text) in LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and the company Blog that leads to higher brand engagement across channels over the lifecycle of customer’s digital journey
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and strategy based on the insights to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years solid experience in B2B digital media marketing (landing pages, website SEO, paid and organic social media, inbound and outbound content marketing, database marketing, nurturing campaigns, webinar)
  • Strong ability in digital and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to build integrated marketing plans across earned and owned channels to grow against goals (ROI and KPI)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and with other teams
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills and a passion for creativity
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail (process-driven)
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Resourceful, innovative, proactive, and eagerness to learn
  • A do-er with ambition and vision
  • Self-motivated self-starter who takes initiative
  • Able to pass a standard background check and drug screening
  • May work onsite in San Jose, CA if shelter in place is lifted.
