Requirements:

Provide customer service and inside sales support in Singapore office.

Specific Requirements:

  • Revenue Reporting: Report weekly on the status of revenue versus goals for your region. Identify issues with shipments, supply, demand, etc. that may put goals at risk.
  • Product Supply: Work with global Sales Operations Team to propose and manage product supply for your region.
  • General Field Communications: Manage regional Sales and Customer communications for your region including lead time updates, pricing updates, part status.
  • Forecasting: Work with regional Sales Team to ensure timely, accurate and complete forecast information is provided in forecasting tool.
  • Pipeline Management: Work with regional Sales Team to ensure timely, accurate and complete opportunity information is provided in pipeline management tool.
  • Product Understanding: Be familiar with all Ambiq product part numbers, attributes, status. Be prepared to answer questions from sales/channel/customers on lead times, part status, part numbers, etc. Work closely with marketing and operations on updated product status.
  • Leads: Process all new leads for your region in one business day. Enter, assign and manage all new leads in CRM tool.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Four year college degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent Excel skills required.
  • Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
